Refund/Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be in new condition will tags attached and include the original receipt. All sale items are final. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding sizing or styling.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Store credit never expires.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your store credit is for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping costs.
- Customer is responsible for paying return shipping to Rustic Coneflower Boutique.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn clothing with the original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn with the original box.
- Bodysuits and bralettes are final sale.
- Original receipt or invoice must be included in your return package.
- All sales items are final.
- Once your return is processed we will email you with store credit that can be used at www.rusticconeflowerboutique.com.
- Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or any item on our website.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted.
